If, for any reason, you are unable to attend the performance, please call us at least 24 hours before your visit on 020-7793306 or email info@scala-amsterdam.nl. In that case, we will convert your tickets into digital credit or immediately rebook you to a new date. We are obliged to charge an administration fee of €5 for this service. This applies to both full cancellations (the entire booking is rescheduled) and changes (for example: you are attending with two instead of three people).

Tickets are available from €12.50 per performance. Online you can only book for two or more performances per evening.Dropping by spontaneously? Then you can (if there's space) also attend individual performances. You can of course always email at info@scala-amsterdam.nl or call us in advance with specific requests, we're always happy to work with our guests to see how we might meet those needs.

Please note: We only offer English-language performances on Fridays. On Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, our shows are in Dutch.We recommend visiting at least two performances per evening for the best experience. Online reservations are only possible for two or more performances. Dropping by spontaneously? We're happy to check with you which individual performances are still available.

We currently don't offer standard discounts. Keep an eye on our website and social media for special promotions or packages. However, we're happy to work with groups. We can often provide a suitable arrangement or attractive rate.

No, Scala does not (yet) accept the Podium Gift Card. However, you can purchase our own gift card or pay with a Surprise Factory Cheque.

If a performance is cancelled or rescheduled, we'll contact you directly via email or phone. Visitors will then receive a digital credit or can rebook their reservation for another date.

Come to Scala as soon as possible. If there's still space for a later performance, we'll try to get you a spot. Once a performance has started, we unfortunately can't let anyone in anymore.
