Are you a theatre maker with a (concrete plan for a) 20-minute performance that fits the DNA of Scala (formerly TapasTheater)?

                                     for a perfomance space in MAY, JUNE OR JULY
 

Our pitch committee will assess your registration on: 

• The relevance of the subject | Is your performance interesting and accessible to a larger audience than just your own environment?

• The creativity/originality | Does your performance tell something new: in form or story?

• Storytelling/construction | Is there a development or suspense?

• Artistic quality 

• Impact | Does your plan get us and therefore the audience?

IMPORTANT DATES:

- You can register for the above period until January 12.

- The next round consists of an introductory pitch on Monday, Februari 17, and Monday, February 24. If you are invited, you will present 12-14 minutes of concrete material from the performance you wish to perform with us during your pitch. We give you almost a month of preparation time to also carefully consider the arc of your final performance, its relevance, and its impact.
